For starters, its sleek, small, easy to install and has a very deep sounding bass that makes your car sound like it's the local club on wheels. This wasn't my first sub, my previous one (which I blew) was 240watts and it didn't have a patch on this Sub. In true Sony style and sound you have a subwoofer that loves the bassy music and lets people around you know too what you're listening to. A must for quality sounds.
